The (E-searider) Beanbag's the Bomb

Tis only a few days after Christmas and this very cool (or should I say cozy warm) bean bag I received for Christmas is just running all over town. It seems like no matter where you take it, there is a perfect deployment for it.

Last night was the maiden journey of this mighty fine beanbag to the Swordgrounds aboard the Tranqulizer, along with Cogzwell, John, John and myself. We were each timesharing this "way too comfortable" to be acceptable gear on a fishing boat. We were fishing in an open fisherman, so there was a natural place for it at the Bow.

The E-searider bean bag is a great new addition to the list of important supplies to take offshore.

Pat had sent me the Large Teardrop Bean Bag. "This large teardrop shape is our largest bean bag available and is ideal for the big or tall person that requires extra back and neck support."

The beanbag goes perfect in the patio as well, if it has not already been commandeered by my 10 year old son and setup in his room in front of the video games. We threw it in the truck and took it to a friends house: it served it's purpose very well. Although I did get a few google eyes at first since it is bigger than a cooler. But any such thoughts, like: did you remember the kitchen sink too", were quickly put to rest, especially once Doña Olga was nicely pacified in it's embrace. She had a few dings and bruises from a car collision, so she seemed to dominate that beanbag most of the time.

I am very happy with this nicely constructed device and I am ready to pick up another 3 more once I can recouperate from this holiday's shopping Hangover.

There had been some prior discussion on other forum threads about cheaper bean bags doing the job just fine and dandee. So I say fine, buy them, that's what they are there for. The general Beanbag concept is a good one, for boating. But if you want "the bomb" of a beanbag, the E-searider series should be just the ticket for those that want better quality stuff and in sizes made for full size adult men/women, not just kids.

The color scheme that I picked out was Navy Blue down the center with white sides, just the opposite scheme of one being modeled on the website. Now the next question is to follow the same color scheme or to mix it up a bit, for a wild Morroccan look.

P.S. - With a consumer testimonial like that, now where do I apply for my compensatory bean bag? :lol: Good Stuff Pat. :thumleft:

How is it with fish stains(blood, slime, etc.) and with saltwater?? Looks like a great idea just wanted to know if anyone has gotten theirs nice and fishy then tried to clean it.

I haven't had mine long enough yet to stand the time/slime test.

But the material seems to be very similar to the material on the sailboat: A durable vinyl. But I can say that it looks good.

I'll bet that it is not a waste of your chavos to give one a try. If you like them, then you know.

I'm pretty sure that if you ever hang out on a boat, have the space, then you cannot go wrong with this one.

There are even some webbing handles, so you could cinch the bag into the center of the boat even if it is mounted onto the bow of a sportfish.

Thanks bud thats enough for me i guess i gotta give one a try. I wouldnt mind sitting in one to see if my lanky(6'4") self will fit in it when im ready to pass out at the dock after a beverage or two.
