Default What happened with R. J. Boyle's Studio/Shop?

Does anyone know what happened with R. J. Boyles's Studio? I went by there last Thursday night to pick up some fishing stuff and some squiddy baits. The shop was closed and most of the contents were removed. There was also a FOR RENT sign with immediate occupancy posted. I did not see any other notices, like MOVED TO: etc.

I imagine that back to back Hurricanes can put a pinch on certain small businesses. Hopefully things are alright besides the usual grind of dealing with the clean-up.

Please advise if you know anything.

I don't know where he has moved to, but he mentioned briefly that he was moving last week...

I'll get the details of the new shop location later today...

Sounds like a good move for RJ. I haven't met RJ yet, but I've been in the shop and few times and got to say it is one of the better shops I have ever been in. Good luck to him.

The roof on his old space collapsed and he took alot of damage, just a month or so after expanding and getting it into shape. His move will help alot as he is now alot easier to find, heck, I knew where he was and still had trouble finding the place.

Yeah:

Now maybe he can even hang a swordfish mount/facsimilie out by the street as his new shingle. No matter what it should be easy to find now, especially next to 67 liquors.

Shopping list:

squid
hooks
weights

Cabo Wabo

Yeah, that's the ticket.

It's to bad that they had to move since they put all that work into expanding the old store. They are now in the new store and it will be easier for people to find as it's right on US. See Mike's post above for the address. It's across the street from the Toyota dealership.

Bobby has a good thing going and it's a really nice shop. He along with the guys in the store know their stuff. They are a full service shop and can do it all. If you are in the area... stop in and check them out.
