Default Flying Gaff Slip-Ends

I have a couple of older Pompanette flyers that have hard plastic slip-ends which receive the gaff head. They have been broken on big fish and after many calls to Pompanette, have learned that they have not had replacements for many years, nor will they be making any. I suspect there are a lot of broken tips out there. I had new heads machined out of aluminum and they work great. They measure 4" long with a 1 1/2" dia. that slides into the shaft. (newer ones are 1" dia.)
My objective is to see if there is enough demand to cast a series of replacement heads. Please send me your interest to:

The cost really depends on the quantity produced. Obviously the more the demand the less the cost. I will guess 40-60 dollars.

I totally understand. This proposal is for guys who have the older poles and have broken tips or wish to upgrade the tips. I'm sure one could find a used pole somewhere, but the end is still plastic.
