Default im a noooby at saltwater

Hey i am lost when it comes to saltwater fishing...and i wanted to now where to get and what kind to get of a reel ...i want it around 100-200 dollars and i would like to know of any other info about fishing string, liters, hooks, tackle, and anything else that you can think of that will make my fishing experience better
