Here are a few pix from last summer while I was the Executive Chef at Kodiak Lodge in Larsen Bay,AK.
I am looking for a warm weather gig for the winter and another job in Alaska for the summer next year. I have years of experience as a chef on large yachts and the best restaurants here ,europe and the carribean.
Anyone interested in a great chef....let me know.
I would love do do some short term work as a chef at your home or yacht.
