What a hell of a Super Bowl. I was going for the Colts but just because I thought they'd win. Very happy to see the Saints win their first Super Bowl.

Guys - I just got back from Bourbon Street and all I can say...

IS

IT

IS

INSANE

I was the designated driver, which in Louisiana means that I had only one drink per hour while evabody else was drinkin' they brain-cells away.(WHO DAT!!)

We all had a good time, no one got hurt, and we made it across that dang 23 mile long Causeway to the North Shore. (GEAUX SAINTS!!)

Actually, word has it that three people were shot and one stabbed on Bourbon street last night during the celebration. Looks like a few thugs came back to New Orleans after Katrina evicted the majority of them.. Regardless, Congrats to all the fans up there.

3 shootings and 1 stabbing on Bourbon Street
The thugs of New Orleans must have been in a forgiving mood last night...the body count seems awfully low compared to normal weekends.

Actualy, Bourbon Street isn't too bad....but if you wander anywhere of the main street, you are a bloody tuna in a world of hungry sharks.

dang, Martin! What a buzzkill. You read too much into my post. When I said no one got hurt, I was referring to the gang of people who caught a ride with me.

Tonite's victory parade was a lot of fun too. We closed up shop at 2pm and everyone hauled ass across the Causeway for New Orleans.
