Default Mount Hope Bay

Anyone getting anything more than schoolie stripes out of the Mount Hope Bay in R.I. ? Seems as though the bass keep getting smaller by the year. I can't remeber when I seen more than one school of pogies a year come through the river. Anyone getting any luck around New England?
