Default MTCFISH.COM takes First in the CYC Fishing Tournament

MTCFISH.COM takes First in the CYC Fishing Tournament

There are lots of fish around but due to the lack of bait they are not as big as we would like. The keeper to schoolies ratio is around 1 out of 8 fish.

We still managed to find a few nice 38”-40” fish this week in the Blackrock area and around Boston Light.

Saturday we took our gear onboard Shawn and Mike Cunning’s 23’ Regulator to fish in the Cohasset Yacht Club Striper Tournament. We were looking for a 40” plus fish so on a smooth as glass morning we ran across to Race Point and used our special T-Man Tubes and Bucktail rigs to pull up the First Place Striper and the Second Place Blue along with 4-5 more nice keeper size fish. It was a great morning and the fishing, Whales and Seals made it worth the 55 minute run.

We should soon be seeing some Bluefin Tuna action along with some greater numbers of Bluefish along the Cohasset shores.

We have a few weekends open in July and August so give us a call for some great fishing action.
