Default Marlin fishing in Cuba

Hello all,
New to these boards, looking for some information regarding Marlin fishing in Cuba. Also interested in other game such as wahoo, barracuda and others, but figured I would post in this forum. I will be heading to Varadero next week, and would appreciate any insight. I have heard the fishing is not the best in this area, thinking of maybe heading towards, Havana or even to the south side of the island. TIA.
