Anyone interested in fishing Venezuela this year please let me know as I've got a friend that sent his 61' Sportfisher down with no return date. SF 314-322-4255

Hi SF.
Actually the weather was good until yesterday, blue marlin are consistent in front of La Planta (an electrical plant that is located 6 N.M. west of Playa Grande) Mare-Mare went 2/2 on blue marlin and they returned early due to rough seas.Today sea conditions are: 8 to 10 feet swells not too good for swordfishing or deep dropping.
What marina are you going to use here?

YoHenry...I think it is Mango, I'm not for sure....Are they still catching 200+lb YFT?? Where are you located..which Marina..name of your boat??

I was at Puerto Viejo until last month that I sold the "BLACFIN" now I am at Playa Grande Yachting Club repowering MARINAI III , will be ready in two weeks.Last week YFT were in 30 to 60 pounds range.
