Black Marlin - Lizard Island

One of my long time friends just moved with his wife to Aust....He's not that big of a fisherman and I've been trying to get him to go on a trip....To make a long story short, I sent him a couple of my experimential Marlin lures....He took a trip with his wife to Lizard Island and fished the Great Barrier Reef....

He released this Blackie within the first hr. of trolling...

The day went by and they hooked up with another Blackie est. 800-900lb...the line snapped by the second jump...Looks like I might have to go visit him soon.
