Default Live Baiting Blues off the keys??

I've been see'n quite a few blues and a few whites this summer trolling off the mid to northern keys....but have'nt landed one yet this summer. Has anyone tried live baiting blues with skippies, blackfin, etc. with any success? What about the Humps? Or has it just been a cut off bonanza?
