greg1 Hooked Up Join Date: Sep 2004 Location: Charelston, SC Posts: 129	Why don't Hawaiins have to follow the 99inch rule? Why can you kill fish in Hawaii that are not 99inches? I saw boats bringing in Blues that weren't even 150lbs. I've got some terrible pictures of the docks there.
