i have a 4ft green lantern light in a custom made PVC storgage container to protect it. asking for 150 or best offer. i also have a brand new 114h senator for sale spooled up with 50lb high vis yellow. asking 125 for that, its actually never been used. pm me if interested i can take some pics for those with serious offers

I think you should post up the material and direction for making light holder look very nice.I love the drain on the bottom.

all the pieces i bought at home depot in the PVC section i took the light with me to see what diameter i would need to store the light. i decided to put the drain in their so incase i needed to place it in there quickly still wet, saltwater would drain out. i got a female adapter piece for the top of it and i cut about a 1-2inch section<for the cord to snake out of>. its gotta be below the lowest point of the mail cap so u can screw it down without compressing the cord. thats it, cost like 10 bucks to make. solid like a rock. i did try to line the inside with some foam/bubbles but it was pretty difficult, prolly a larger diamater and find some of that foam that looks like waves.

btw im prolly gonna make one for my new swordlight just a small version. when i go to home depot i can post the exact mats incase people want to replicate this casing.

I made a rod holder for 2 piece rods out of the same stuff for a fishing vacation to Mexico
I've been told the baggage handlers can still destroy it (if they throw it and it lands on concrete) but o/w it's pretty tough and cheap
I love pvc pipe-"it's not just for plumbing anymore-lol)
