Can anyone recommend a decent low priced rod and reel for sea fishing?

Hi Matt,
Unfortunately, "low priced" is a relative term and "decent" is in the eye of the beholder. What price range were you talking about and, as Jupiter Sailfish asked .... what type fishing/fish were you planning to go after?
There are many many possibilities, but more info would give you a better shot at some varied responses.
