Big thanks to T&R Tackle (Ft Laud)

Bought my DD rod from them 1-2 years ago. Took it back on Wednesday this week after detecting a major problem.

It took 22 hours from the time I dropped it off until I got the call it was ready for pickup.

NO CHARGE!

How can service be any better than that?

Paul,
They have been in business forever - always a stand up place. Glad they took care of your problem so quickly, and way beyond what anyone could think would be a warranty period. Maybe this rotten economy is showing business owners that getting back to good service is a plus for their business. It sure would be a pleasant change from what many seem to be experiencing lately. I'm sure you wouldn't be reluctant to shop there again. Harry
