im currently a new member of this forum. I have been swordfishing for about a year now. and in my opion i know some pretty good info about it. i have also been a floridasportsman member for awhile. i have heard so many stories about the 70's and wish i was around to enjoy them..but unfortunatly wasn't. anyways im posting to sya hello..and i plan omn becoming a regular around here. if anyone ever needs an extra hand on the boat i can help as i fish for anything and everything. just drop me an email or instant message

Welcome Aboard. This site is a very nice meeting ground. I try to give others without a boat a chance when I need a crew... and having an experienced hand sounds good also. What area are you in?

i am in the fort lauderdale area......im going to let you know that i am only 16 yet i know my fare share of swordfishing tatics....when i say iam 16 usually guys say what the hell he doesnt know nothing he is just a kid. but in fact i have quite a few swordfish under my belt in just a year..my biggest est. around 250-300lbseasy that we lost. i have one one my wall that is 280 and he was easily bigger than him now skinner or fatter i will never know. i have also fished with captken once before. but i will be willing to go anytime you need a hand and can bring rigs,electralumes,weights,ect. i have a 25ft open fishermen but am limited to when my dad is up to swordfishing. since i recently just turned 16 i am going to get my capt. liscence and i will be able to take it swordfishing alot. but until then i will be able to go when you need an extra. thanks for the welcome

You may want to also post in the other section "find a mate" I look over there for guys sometimes... but I know most of you guys now...
