Visiting Aventura, FL Dec 10-15 would like to go fishing

I will be arriving to the Aventura, Florida on Dec 9th and would like to fish for whatever is biting Dec 10 - 15th. I've tried to look at guides but so far it has been a bit pricey with it just being me solo. I am willing to pay to fish with someone. I enjoy light tackle spin fishing and heard sail fish and permit might be biting at that time?

The capt can probably find some others to fish with you and split the cost
