New to area need fishing partner(s)

I live in boca raton and have a 17 foot dusky. However no way of getting it to the water...i figured the hard part was getting the boat not the truck, so far irs worked out!! anyways i have no clue haw to fish over here on the east coast of florida, i grew upo on the west coast by tampa, so i have no knowledge of how to fish over here.
