I have a bunch of trail cam pics of this buck as well. Will try to get those up as well. This buck looks about 4 1/2 to 5 years old. He was a real scrapper as well both his g3s and one of his brow tines were broke off.

NICE JOB ERIC!!!! Looks like you "spined" him, dropped him in his tracks. Nice to bring home some tasty venison.

Nice kill,

Your feeder is in a great spot. Under the trees and all. Those arrows look deadly. Awesome pictures thanks alot. We could see Turkey scrapes all around our feeders. I need to speak to my friend about shooting one of them. He usually just shoots hogs and deer. I would like to get a turkey!

Turkey is open for gobblers during archery but that ended on Sun. Fall turkey starts in Nov. But with turkey you can not shoot one within 100yds of a feeder!!! If you want a turkey just set up on a good trail 100yds away from feeder. They can be tuff to get for sure. On Sun I had 7 hens come in to a feeder I was at. I tried to get a pick but one hen saw me move. She about walked up the ladder clucking at me while the other birds trotted away. She kept looking back and yelling at me. It was a funny sight for sure.

Had another great trip last weekend. Got a nice doe on Sat night. But Sun morning was off the hook. We put in a great new blind for the kids. It is a 7x5ft tow able house blind. It has a screened window on all 4 sides. It is sealed up nice and bug proof. It has a big bench slash couch with pillows. The kids can move around and play games etc with out worry about movement spooking deer. Any way I sat in it on Sun and had a doz hogs up to 200lbs walking around me. Also had a big doe and spike in at 5yds!!! It was great watching everything walking around me. I really can not wait to get my daughter out to this blind. She is going to love it.
