Predator hunting can be very dangerous. A person can go from being the hunter to being the hunted very quickly. Whether hunting or fishing, I do not believe you should kill an animal unless you plan to eat it or to prevent an attack upon yourself or others. I will say however that some predator hunting is needed; take into account what has happened in states where the Grey Wolf has been re-introduced. The wolves are multiplying so quickly that other species are becoming threatened from attack and/or deprived of food sources that the wolves are now taking.
