Mississippi deer hunting trip

Just got back from Mississippi after a 5 day trip. Had a great time but left too early. It seemed like the rut kicked in Sunday when the temps got below freezing. We did manage 3 bucks of 6, 4, and 2 points as well as 4 does. I'd sure like to have been there yesterday and today though because it was really kickin into full gear. I put out a mock scrape last thursday morning that went untouched until sat. By Sun it had tripled in size and there were some man sized tracks in it. Oh well...it was nice to cool off a little and to get away from the phone, stock market, and city life for a few days. Here's a couple pictures of the happy hunter and a couple of bucks.
