2 day bag limit?

I'm thinking about heading out to the middle grounds, and how many grouper can you keep if your out for 2 days?

You can keep 5 per person per day, with no more than 2 per person per day being red grouper.

And a question....does anybody other than those of us from the Destin charter fleet call red groupers "slop buckets?" It's a funny, mildly derrogatory term given to the fish, due to its propensity to eat anything ridiculously dead and/or rotten and without any concern to the relative size of the bait to its own body.
