Default Venice Louisiana Marina Hurricane Katrina Photos

Well, the marina is just about gone, and I estimate it will be over 1 year until we will be able to get back into the tuna and marlin fishing...

Some of the oil rigs have broke look, those that are still standing are trashed.

I however, put my boat on a trailer and headed to my parents house in North Carolina...

THere are no lodges any longer for the out of towners to stay in to fish with us... so it is going to take some time...

I'll keep you guys posted. Photos coming soon...

Default Venice Marina to open Jan 1 Cypress Cove April 1

The latest info I have says Venice Marina will be functional by Jan 1 and Cypress Cove in April..
