I've tried about every way to prepare and eat swordfish known to man. This one is a top 5 on my list and very easy to prepare.
4 cloves garlic "Sliced thin" 1/3 cup white wine "I use Black Tower" 1/4 cup lemon juice 3 tablespoons soy sauce 2 table spoons olive oil 1 table spoon of Don Perdomes Seafood Magic "Available at Publix" 1/4 tablespoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon of Dillweed 4 swordfish steaks I mix all the ingredients in a tupperwear or baking dish. Then I lightly rinse and pat dry the swordfish steaks. I then dip both sides in the marinade and lay them in the marinade and place uncovered in the refrigerator. I turn the steaks over about 1 time every 20 minutes. I let them soak for about 1&1/2 hours. I then place the steaks on a preheated grill and grill them as needed ( about 5 minutes a side ). I cover them with marinade a few times during cooking. I serve them with wild rice and they are outstanding! ![]()
