New to Shark Fishing

I want to know the best times of the year for shark fishing. I live in West Central Florida Tampa Bay and want to know when the sharks are biting. I also want to know the best TIMES of the day to be out there, sometimes I am thinking its a waste of time. :sad:

Please someone, anyone let me know.

Fall and spring. Dawn and dusk. First two hours of the outgoing.
Big bloody,oily baits. Heavy lead and wire leader.
Night fishing can be real productive as well.
