I like the spectra. i just feel it is too tough and dangerous on the hands for my young inexperience crew. So we fish all mono.
I've seen a mate pulled to the deck by a big marlin after an accident while involved on the mainline. Luckily the line snapped. Everything has its benefits/downfalls i suppose. screaming drags for all ted |
