Default Darkside of the Moon Leg II

Ok, Lets try to get back on track. I hope this next hurricane doesn't get us, but it sure will prevent us from getting out fishing anytime soon.

Who's fishing the tournament???

I haven't seen the flyers yet, but I'm sure Drew is getting them out shortly if they are not out there already.

My logs from last year showed some nice bites during the week of Sept. 25th.

Lets bring back a slob hb

This is from Drew, he will inform all of us at the capts meeting...We shall watch the weather until than.

DSOM II Swordfish Tournament might be postponed due to bad weather.
The seas are forecasted to be 5 - 7 feet and as most of you know, these are not safe fishing conditions. The new tournament date will be Saturday, October 2, 2004. The Kick-off party will still be held on Thursday, September 23 at Bonefish Mac's. We will have more information for you at that time. We look forward to seeing you there!

Winds on Saturday are hopefully going to be NE at 5 to 10. The tournament will be held if that is the conditions. I think it might be more of a ground swell than blown out if the winds come down early enough. Good luck see everyone thursday.

They're gonna be chewing boys. I've caught some nice fish on NE winds... choppy but do-able. Sounds like we'll have a better idea by thursday evening and friday.

Good Luck.

Mike

That's your excuse. You are covering yourself because you know nothing about swordfishing. I had to teach you, remember? Oh, maybe it was the other way.
