Crocodile Bay Lodge???

Thinking of a honeymoon trip to Crocodile Bay Lodge. Anyone been there?

I was there about 2 years ago with some 3 guys from work.

We fished for sailfish the first day and went 3 for 3 with one fish pushing 90lbs... Unreal

Then we went for roosterfish and some of the guys got some fish over 40lbs that can really pull...

We fishing for blue marlin on the third day and had just 1 fish in the spread and didn't hook up.. however we had a 30lb wahoo come up and was put in the boat...Also had a school of dolphin up to 20lbs come into the spread and we got 3.

In all, very fun trip and woudl love to do it again..You can't go wrong in Costa Rica

Not sure if you are going down for just fishing or some fishing and tourist things. But I was down there a couple months ago. I stayed at this little house right on the beach. everything was in walking distance. we also took some trips with these guides that made the trip just incredible. I ended up fishing only one day. It was great we raised 9 sails and caught 7 and 4 of those 7 were on my own hand made lures. my girl also caught her first sail on one. It was incredible. If you would like send me a pm or email I would be happy to hook you up. I stayed in a little off shoot of Playa Grande just north of tamarindo

I have some friends that have been there, and loved it. I saw the pictures of their catches and looks like fun. Not sure on the cost though.
