Default Dusk to Dawn Tournament

Who's fishing it? Great Cause and it looks like everything from the Capt. meeting/party to the final award ceremony is first class. The event is for a great cause "which is to help find missing children." Look at the event under tournaments here at Swordfishing Central.

Default Dusk to Dawn Swordfish Tournament

I am the Tournament Director for the Dusk to Dawn tournament next weekend. There seems to be some questions and concerns about the entry and the payout so I would like to address these now. The event is intended to raise money and awareness for A Child Is Missing Alert Program - truly, a worthy cause! However, that does not mean that there is no payout. Each boat pays a $500 entry fee. $200 per boat goes into the payout for first thru third place for heaviest catches. The remaining $300 goes directly to the charity. We also have a Calcutta going and if you would like to get in on that action contact Bobby Boyle at 954 420-5001.

Your entry fee includes a great party on Friday night 8/26 at the Bahia Cabana. This includes dinner and drinks, a tournament bag and T-Shirt for each angler. Capt. Bouncer Smith will be conducting a seminar on swordfishing and we will have a silent auction that features some awesome saltwater fishing gear! We will also be cooking pancakes and sausage early Sunday morning after fishing at the Hall of Fame for everyone who fishes. Awards and checks to be presented right after breakfast.

It's going to be a great tournament and a great weekend for everyone. Please come out and support A Child Is Missing. for more information go to www.achildismissing.org or you can call me at 954 763-1288

Let's fish!
