I opened up a gallery for you to post pictures of your cooked fish. From baked swordfish to grilled mahi,lets see your catch in its final phase

Sounds like another good posting idea. Why get stuck eating swordfish the same old way. Although I need to get hopping myself, to try some new recipes. I tried that one you post a long time ago witht the fresh jerk seasoning. That was yummie. But for the next time I will be sure to wear latex gloves when putting the rub on, or that is the way I did it at least. The heat got under my nails for at least a day.

Hey, do you happen to have a recipe for that photo in the gallery of the swordfish posing with those stuffed artichokes? That looks like one I would like to test out.
