Default Happy Labor Day

Just wanted to wish all my swordfishing brothers (and sisters) a safe and happy Labor Day.

Isn't it funny that to celebrate Labor Day we all take the day off?

Anyways enjoy!!!

Default Taking our dogs to the beach..

is as far as we go today and through next saturday I believe! The water even out back at the dock is high. I just looked the the national hurricane center and it looked like spots on the first page... Top Shot kit came out though, see if I can re-up my leaders.

I got out in the slop yesterday....pretty sporty! the moring was mostly tolerable...2-4 upto 3-5's. Trolled up to Delray on the reefs, (one snake king); then set up the kites. Released one sail, missed a shot at another.

Around 1-2pm it started getting "snotty" out there easy 4-6's but a doable wave period for the down sea run...decided to duck in Boca Inlet at 4:30. I haven't been surfing in quite some time!
