Does anyone know a local shop that will custom fabricate/machine aluminum ?
I have sheared the 'dogleg' knuckle on my outrigger...this is the pivoting attachment point at the base of my outrigger base tube. Unfortunately I cannot determine the original manufacturer of the outrigger bases, and believe them to be hybridized or a custom installation, so finding a replacement is proving to be a challenge, and a new set of bases is over $2k!

Don-
Id call Blue Water in Boynton or Birdsall in WPB. They are both top quality shops. Good luck. Richard

The ones you have are Rybovich, but they no longer have any parts for them as thet were taken out of production 15 years ago. Rupp Marine in Stuart has ones that are very similar in stock.
