T Boone Pickens plan,

We have the technology...We have a unlimited resource...It's clean, easy and creates high paying jobs.

The plan in short: replace Natural Gas that we use to generate electricity with wind turbines right threw the wind corridor in the mid west. Then Use the Natural gas for Cars and Trucks.
