Sounds like 2 murderous scum chartered a boat, (Paying $4,000 for a one way to bimini). Then killed the captain and crew and stole the boat with 70k they stole from Walmart.

Think of the family, of the Crew of the “Joe Cool’. We may never know the complete and total truth but those two are guilty as hell. GPS and clues found on the boat will tell.

Actually I meant I don't know how I feel about the plea bargain...

In a way I think having this scumbag rotting away in a cage may be better than letting him off easy with a ride on the lightning?

The whole event was kicked around on this thread last sept...

Forget the ride on the lightning. We should take them out to the gulfstream with cement shoes and throw them overboard

We can only hope for some good ole jailhouse justice! Like when fellow prisoners killed the murderous scumbag Jeffery Dahmer not long into his life sentence. Murdering women (and kids, though not applicable in this case) does not sit well with the prison pop.

The concrete shoes idea is a good one, though. However, chunking em piece by piece sounds good too.

A life sentance is 30 years I think. So that guy could get out of jail while he is still vertical.

He is not getting out.

Because of his plea, prosecutors will not seek the death penalty against Kirby Archer, 36, a former Wal-Mart employee from Strawberry, Ark. He will instead receive a mandatory sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Too quick in my opinion. Chum up the sharks, slice them for a good blood trail and throw in to be eaten alive. BASTARDS!!!

You are correct. There is no Parole in the Fed's. They will leave the Federal Bureau of Prison's in a pine box the day they die.
