I did not fish today because I went shrimping last night (Uncle Buck posted the haul). Good thing that is not how I pay the bills. The other thing I learned was........If I was stranded on an island we definately should NOT put Jr. in charge of catching the food.

That and a few pints of Black & Tans makes for some fine eats unless you'd prefer a batch of Scorched Conch instead? I haven't mastered the recipe yet so I cannot tell you, for a cook it at home deal.

I have been on the phone with more people from Inda in the past two week then I have ever been trying to solve the problem. Boy I never met so many Franks, Henry's and Bobs with accents so strong you have to ask for someon that speaks english.
