[Captain Bouncer]

Spring must be approaching. The weather is warming, were catching tarpon day and night and sailfish and dolphin make the days fun.

Yesterday with 20 knot NE winds we chose to fish the bay. We got a snook, several barracuda and 2 out of 4 tarpon in the 60 to 100 pound class.

Today we heard that there was a strong north current 10 miles below Fowey Light. We ran down there and the conditions were great. Strong current, rips and NE winds spelled lots of fish. We got about 15 dolphin from 5 to 10 pounds, a 20 pound cobia, two 14 pound king mackerel and 8 sailfish. We were fishing live herring and sardines on 7/0 Eagle Claw 2004EL circle hooks rigged on 20 pound spinning outfits. The action was in 100 to 150 feet of water.
