Southwest Florida Redfish are abundant!

A quick report for today's trip. I went prefishing with Capt. Scott Hughes in preperation for the FLW Redfish event that will be hosted this weekend in Southwest Florida. We threw artificials all day long and managed a handful of nice fish. Throwing soft baits, and tube lures we boated 8 reds to 8 pounds, 5 snook to 5 lbs, 2 flounder to 18 inches, and a 8 pound Jack Cravelle all before 1 PM. The tides were extremely high and we worked good moving points with a jighead and exude. The fish are eating bright colors well right now with the dark water. Baby Bass, Golden Bream, and Rootbear are all producing fish. Tight Lines until next time.
