1 1/2 lbs. fresh swordfish cut into 1 inch cubes and put on skewers then salt and pepper.
1/2 cup mayo 1/2 cup horseradish sauce 1 pealed ginger root 1 lime juiced 2 tsp soy sauce combine all ingredients into a blender blend until ginger is ground up and forms a creamy sauce.Put swordfish skewers on hot grill wen the fish is 3/4 cooked take your sauce and cover the fish and finish cooking :lol: :razz: : I have served to many people everyone loves it.LET ME KNOW HOW YOU LIKE IT.
