Default Turducken

I decided to give it a go this year...

Turkey
-> Andouille-cornbread stuffing
Duck
-> Cranberry/Orange/Sage bread dressing
Chicken
-> Crawfish Etouffe filling

I know it is not a Fish Cooking Recipe...but what the hay....

Maybe I'll try to adapt it to seafood?

How about a SwordWahPper? or TunGroupHoo?

Don, We need to make you the honorary cook at my hunting camp some weekend. Of course you get to hunt, but you also get to cook.

Don-Looks pretty sweet. I usually buy them from Louisiana and have them overnighted. Way better than the usual turkey dinner!

Default Holy Fowl weather fare DonK

Holy Fowl weather fare DonK:

I saw your post before Thanksgiving day but I did not quite fully appreciate that the 3 birds were going to be fused together into a monolithic Turducken.

Now that you photographed the final dish, it looks pretty amazing and sounds tasty too.

Now that you have teased us all with this dish, I think you should be on the hook to post the preparation and recipe in further detail.

Thanks RT! What I think I will do is to actually post a page on my website with detailed step x steps...I will post the link here when I get it done!
