For that down-home taste you can't beat:

Chub
Barracuda
Mullet
Catfish
AJs

But if I'm feeling like something special:

Sailfish
Tarpon
Jewfish
Bonefish
Manatee

Default My top 5 fish are ...

1 - Blackened fish
2 - Panko crusted fried fish
3 - Baked fish
4 - Sashimi fish
5 - Ceviche fish

I think that covers the bases better. But dolphin, wahoo, snapper, grouper and swordfish are the most common of the fish that I like.

Generally I love every fish but the five I love most are:

1) Swordfish
2) Yellowfin Tuna
3) Salmon
4) Wahoo
5) Cobia

These five are for me personally the best fishes I have ever tasted. Unfortunately there are a lot of fishes out there which I have not tasted yet. So I guess this list will change over time. But for now these are the top five.

1. shellfish (local Keywest/Bahamian name for trunkfish) baked with stuffing made from the liver and cornbread. The meat is turkeylike in flavor and boneless. Special treat when you get them.
2. Snowy Grouper (I prefer 5-10 lbers)
3. Alaskan Halibut
4. Wahoo
5. Yellow Eye Snapper

this list could go on forever with Snook, tripletail, hogfish, Tunas, and on and on... its all good if its fresh and properly cared for.
