Agreed! Cast iron lasts forever and has the best all-natural nonstick going.

I can't believe none of you have commented on my beer mug in one of the pictures. For shame!

Default Cast iron does not last forever

After all these years, I still like cooking in cast iron skillets and griddles too.

But they don't last forever.... Let me tell you a story... a tale of a fateful trip... My Mom once beat me with a Cast Iron skillet (for reasons I can't remember, but my Georgia bell girlfriend never got pregnant.) That cast iron skillet broke. Therefore I have undisputed proof that they can last a long time, but not every one survives to be passed to the next generation. At least I made it through that round.

Just keep em lubed up well and they will keep you happy for years.

Arrr, some seared yellowfin tuna just sounds smashing about now.
(Some Chef Paul's Blackened Redfish Magic and some olive oil is all you need, besides the heat; maybe a pinch of love will kick it up a notch.)

P.S. Catch-all that is mean, just mean: Show us all a bunda like that (another dish); show us pictures of French-chef quality fish dishes, cooked up in cast iron skillets, tease us by sharing the recipe(s) and then putting it behind a password protected web-site. I guess we just have to join your club to partake, or maybe you need to share a little more with the SFC family? You don't offer to share a thing, just to dribble or snivel over your beer-mug antics. Homey must be one of your buds. That is Really mean: Sheez. Do you really seduce women with your T-shirts? Inquiring minds, want to know.

P.P.s. - Please don't take major offense to this. I am just funnin with you. Why? Because I can. ROFLMAO
