he is sitting comfortably in a chair and starts reading the newspaper when the doorbell rings.
his patient arrives in a hurry and apologizes for the delay:

This is the worst choice he could make. A majority of the 9/11 families met with Holder in July and begged him not to do this. They cried and cried and asked him not give these guys a trial in civilian court. The military was ready after years of prep to go to trial. Now they have to start all over again with the prosecution. Much of the evidence can not be used because it was not obtained with a warrant. This just sucks ass!!!!!!!! They will be getting a jury trail in NY. Now show me a group of jurors that are going to be impartial. They will have to find them to seat a jury. So who will be on this jury??? A jury of their peers is what or law states. I have been thinking lately that it's impossible that everything this administration has done is bad, I have been trying to come up with a list of positive things and so far I have come up EMPTY.
this is not sarcastic or ironic, I am seriously trying to find some positive arguments for this administration so at least I can have hope that we are not racing towards a cliff with no brakes.
I refuse to believe that this administration is intentionally trying to screw this country but they are making it very hard for me to support what they are doing, I (as I'm sure all of you) want the best for our future and our kids future so please help me understand how this is positive or at least moving in the right direction.

Now, women in their 40s have the added anxiety of trying to figure out if they should even be getting one at all.

A government task force said Monday that most women don't need mammograms in their 40s and should get one every two years starting at 50 — a stunning reversal and a break with the American Cancer Society's long-standing position. What's more, the panel said breast self-exams do no good, and women shouldn't be taught to do them.

The news seemed destined to leave many deeply confused about whose advice to follow.

"I've never had a scare, but isn't it better to be safe than sorry?" asked Beth Rosenthal, 41, sitting in a San Francisco cafe on Monday afternoon with her friend and their small children. "I've heard of a lot of women in their 40s, and even 30s, who've gotten breast cancer. It just doesn't seem right to wait until 50."
