so ive been looking into lending on vessels used for commercial purposes , like a party boat, and ive been very very surprised at the lack of lenders willing to write this kind of loan. are there any marine finance gurus here. im trying to get some idea of whats needed in terms of money down- but i cant find a bank or underwriter that even works with commercial vessels. its a shot in the dark, but thought id ask<br />
