4 dolphin for my boy 3-23-07

My son, who has never caught a dolphin and I went out today and trolled some skirts and plugs for anything. We were working the 200-275 range and picked up 4 nice dolphin. One came to the boat with a school but I wasn't ready with any baits. Sea were a respectable 4-6 and the wind was howling but it was a blast just hanging with the kid and reeling on some fish. One was caught on a natural cedar plug, one on a sea witch on a #3 planer. The other were on skirted ballyhoo.

where do you go fishing for these, I am land locked ( in Texas)but want to go Dolphin, Dorado, Mahi Mahi Fishing sometime.
