Default Previous Tile fish limits

Does anyone know what the Tile fish bag limits were prioir to the new SAFMC ruling? I can't seem to find a valid number anywhere.

Default tilefish limits

10 comes to mind,however I believe it fell under some type of aggregate limit.I did a seach for federal fishing regs to find it and it will be under the regs for the south atlantic portion(which encludes the gulf of mexico)

I beleive it was5 tiles from the last FSM .. August 2005...South atlantic waters ...5 -fish aggregate bag limit with grouper...incuding blue line ,golden and sand tilefish
