Man, finally got it to work.. It weight in at 35lb. I thought it was more...This was a day picture, but we caught it at night.
I lost another what I think was a big swordfish. My Peterson reel was having a hard time pulling it until one damn sleeve gave up on me. First time it happens in over 15 years... The meat is delicious...

Thanks Dropalot. I sure will like to see pics of your final set up. On this grouper, the Peterson did not even feel the weight of the fish. I pulled up the bottom rig as it usually does when it comes empty. Man, its a really strong set up for sure. Thanks for the family compliment. Yep, they had a blast when I pulled the fish out and hanged it from the peterson for pic... :lol:
