Default Still having trouble finding tile fish

I have been droppping in many places off Miami beach .. anywhere from 350- to 605 ft of water ..with no luck I can feel the mud when the weight hits the bottom but nothing ... is it easier to drop in the Keys ? like in the Taviner area?? and is the current as strong as it is in Miami?

Saturday got a 40 lb AJ on the Lotus ... and lost some other big fish into the wreck ... no current ... but a lot of blue runners... got fustated and was reeling them up slow ... and got hit hard by some AJ `s and may be some big Grouper ...Willi

The best depth I've found up here is 600-630, may be different down there. What kind of lights are you using? Bait? I've had better luck running 2 duralight diamonds opposed to 1 Centro. It sometimes takes us a little while to locate the prairie dogs but once we do it's pretty consistent action. Mark the spots where you get hits and re-drift.

Hi Scott, thanks for your reply ... I use two strobe lights ... green ..not sure if it the right color light .. but it is all I could find for now . one on top and one near the weight ... I alos use squid for bait ... I have been thinking of dropping even deeper ... I do it manually so it takes a lot of work :
