Default Deep Drop Tournament

September 3, 2005 Nassau Bahamas

A deep drop tournament was held here in Nassau with great success, first of its kind that we know of. (If anyone knows of any others I would like to hear from you)

17 boats competed, hundreds of fish were caught and sponsors have been lining up already for next year. Grand prize this year was a KRISTAL 003, other prizes included cash, lights, lures and assorted fishing gear.

If anyone would like more info on next year please reply or email me for the flyer. It will be held Sept 2, 2006 and the organizers will help make arrangements for US boats to come over and compete.

I have deep dropped off nasau on the south side in 800 feet, got some yellow eyes, but mostly sharks! We lost alot of money in lead and gear due to the bull sharks, hammer heads, and I think reefs.

Good Luck
