It's all in how they're prepared! I think our favorite sushi chef boils the livers in a water/saki mix. I'm not a liver fan, but the rosie livers aren't bad at all. ...and the stomachs are a lot like calamari.

We went out Port Everglades we're in the process of redoing the bottom machine so we were working off some half assed number (blind) in about 750ft. The now I know why they are called "black bellied". Once the bottom machine is in its grouper finding time! Any one got any secret spots lol?

On another note, I was real skittish about this Big Game Baits craze, but we did get 2 packs of the big hoo's and I was really impressed. Now I want to give'em a shot on the next sword trip.

Sammy I'm game for that, you say when and where, and I'm always up for pitching in on a trip! My buddy won't run the boat up there.
